What is Medicare?
Medicare is the federal health insurance program. You may qualify for Medicare if1:
- You are 65 or older
- You are younger than 65 with certain disabilities
- You have End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure that requires dialysis or a transplant, sometimes called ESRD)
