This notice is to provide information regarding a process change for submitting referral and prior authorization requests for all EOCCO members.
Currently, all prior authorization service and referral requests for EOCCO members are submitted through the Eastern Oregon Independent Practitioner Association (EOIPA) for members residing in Morrow and Umatilla counties only.
As of October 1st, 2023, all referral and prior authorization requests for EOCCO members will be processed by the EOCCO referral and authorization team.
Referral and prior authorization requests can be faxed to (833)-949-1886.
