Doula referral program

EOCCO has created a birth doula referral form for providers to connect patients with the support of a birth doula during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods. Anyone can complete the referral form, and we guarantee that a doula will be matched with the patient within 4 weeks of submission. If your clinic does not have a birth doula on staff, we will still ensure that your patient is connected with a qualified doula in their local area.

For more information on birth doulas, please see our provider-facing birth doula flyer and our member-facing birth doula flyer. Both may be printed for use in clinics and to share with members.

New OHA Health Care Interpreter Registry file

The June 2024 Oregon Health Authority Health Care Interpreter Registry file has been posted to the EOCCO Incentive Measure webpage under “Meaningful Language Access”. This file contains a list of all active OHA Certified or Qualified Health Care Interpreters in the state of Oregon. This file can be downloaded for your reference and records.

Oregon DMAP enrollment verification

As most Oregon providers know, all providers must be enrolled in Oregon Medicaid DMAP in order to be eligible for payment. To avoid DMAP denials, we recommend verifying the enrollment status of any new providers joining your clinic using the resources listed below. Additionally, EOCCO advises checking providers' enrollment status 30–60 days after they receive an updated license to ensure continued enrollment.

For DMAP enrollment application status updates, visit the Oregon Health Authority Provider Portal. No log in is necessary and this site is updated live.

Click here to view the Oregon Health Authority's full list of active providers. Under the "Weekly Provider Files" section, click on the "Provider File without Tax ID". These files are updated every Tuesday morning.
