Behavioral and medical condition management program teaches members how to manage their health day-to-day and in the long term.
Starting May 1, 2018, you will need to get pre-approval for all prescriptions that have more than 200 mg of morphine equivalent. Letters were sent out to members with recent medication history that this would impact in the future.
