EOCCO has applied clinical edits to applicable HCPC codes for Ostomy and Urological supplies. These changes are aligned with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) and Oregon Health Authority guidelines. If the HCPC codes listed below are billed within the allotted quantity limits, then a prior authorization is not required.
These changes are effective July 1, 2020.
