Umatilla County has moved mental health services to a new provider. Your insurance coverage is not changing. Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) will be your new mental health provider. Your services will move from Lifeways to CCS on December 1, 2021.

In spring of 2021, Umatilla County made the decision to conduct a request for proposal (RFP) for a single provider to offer mental health and substance use disorder treatment services. The county ultimately selected Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) as the new entity to provide both MH and SUD services. This change affects EOCCO members in Umatilla County.
